  • Make sure you have a good Wi-Fi connection to the SatINetGuest network.
  • Test the page presentation of the Wi-Fi login page, where the access code is entered shortly.
  • If available: Deactivate Wi-Fi data protection setting “MAC randomization per connection” and reconnect Wi-Fi.
  • Please note the service times: Service times.
  • The booked period is calculated to the minute, begins with the submission of the access code on the login page of the Wi-Fi network and is assigned to the device used. It is not possible to redeem the code again.
  • Outside the service times, the time window is not paused and will continue to run. This time is lost. This is for technical reasons.
  • Access codes can only be redeemed during the service times of the current event and expires afterwards.
